Description
This AVR-M2012C120MT6AB - 12V 1nF 0805 Chip Varistor MLCV Ceramic Transient Voltage Suppressor is from TDK designed for commercial applications. The Varistors are voltage dependent nonlinear resistive elements with a resistance that decreases rapidly when the voltage is over the constant value. Varistors become zener diode of 2 serial connection and equivalent, and does not have polarity.
