Description
The DHT11 sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal using an exclusive digital-signal-collecting technique and humidity sensing technology, ensuring its reliability and stability. It is connected to an 8-bit single-chip computer and each sensor is temperature compensated and calibrated in an accurate calibration chamber. The calibration coefficient is stored in an OTP memory, which is accessed when the sensor detects. The DHT11 is small in size, low in power consumption and has a long transmission distance of 100m, making it suitable for harsh environments. It also comes with a single-row package with four pins for easy connection. The DHT11 uses Aosong's 1-wire bus for communication with the MCU, which is distinct from the Maxim/Dallas 1-wire bus and not compatible with it.
