Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates:

Evelta offers free shipping on orders over Rs.1000. The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping is based on the Sub-Total in your cart and does not include tax or any coupons applied. Any order below Rs.1000 is charged a flat rate of Rs.79. Free shipping only applies to orders placed online. 

We use DTDC, Bluedart and other common carriers for consignment deliveries. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Though in some cases tracking information may not be available online.

Bulk orders that are shipped directly from the Manufacturer or need to be imported, require a longer lead time and are not shipped same day. Relevant information for these orders will be conveyed to you directly by our account executive.

 

Estimated Delivery:

Most of our orders are delivered within 2-5 days in India. In cases where items in order are not available for immediate dispatch or delivery has to be made in remote location, it can take longer. The customer will be informed of the same through email.

 

Returns Policy:

At Evelta, we are committed to make your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We allow return of products for 14 days after delivery in all the following cases:

 - Product is defective, used, altered or seal of package is broken

 - Physical damage to the box or to the product

 - The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing

 - Significantly different from the specifications given by the vendor (wrong size, colour or material related issues)

 

Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.

You can conveniently place your return request by emailing us at sales@evelta.com with following details:

  - Order ID
  - Reason for returning the item
  - Images clearly showing a damage / missing product in the order

Post receiving your request, Our Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with Evelta and cannot be contested.

Once your return request is accepted by us, the entire refund amount will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS. Logistics charges will be paid by Evelta, and you will not be charged for it.

 

Cancellations:

There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made, You can get in touch with delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order. It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Order can not be cancelled once it has been shipped.
